Woman Robs Video Poker Parlor – Funds Full Tilt Account

by Poker Team

In South Charleston, West Virginia an unknown woman robbed a video poker parlor. Apparently posing as a regular customer, she walked into the business and took a moment to use the ladies restroom. After walking out she had a gun in hand and proceeded to demand that they hand over any cash on hand. According to witnesses she left with several thousand dollars.

It’s now being alleged by the same West Virginia politicians that voted for the UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) that this was clearly the act of a woman desperate to fund her Full Tilt Poker player account. According to one State Senator that asked remain anonymous,

“This is the problem with the Internets. When the pipes become clogged and it’s hard to move your money from site to site, people turn to crime so that they can play the pokers and cards on the Internets. This is something that the government has to stop, just like our friend Governor Beshears in Kentucky”.

This is a developing story and we will continue to track any progress made. There’s no word yet on whether she was able to turn her newfound bankroll into any significant amount of money, yet.
