Never known to rest on their laurels, PokerStars, the world’s leading online poker site, has just released plans to broaden yet another poker tour as they seek to continue widening their grip on the global online poker community. Their latest endeavor, though not catchy by title, is sure to generate a greater deal of hype in Eastern Europe.
Fresh of a highly successful kickoff to their inaugural PokerStars Czech-Slovak Poker Tour (CSPT) which started the ball rolling with a CZK 13,000 buy-in event at the Card Casino Prague, PokerStars has identified a market eager for some high stakes action. 122 players showed up to the historic event which was taken down by Lukas Horak.
