One of FullTilt Poker’s own has launched legal action against one of the world’s largest poker sites. Cake Poker Blocks Kentucky Residents

Chatter among popular internet poker forums has been that the Kentucky ruling regarding online poker has begun to be enforced at Cake Poker. It seems Cake Poker is no longer allowing players with Kentucky IP addresses to log onto their servers. UIGEA Regulations Published

It was announced last night that the outgoing Bush administration has published the rules and procedures to be followed as part of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. Cryptologic Merges with Boss Media

In a deal worthy of giants, CryptoLogic, an online pioneer and one of the world’s largest online gaming software firms, has reached a landmark partnership with Boss Media AB, a subsidiary of GTECH Corporation.
