EPT Hungary Satellites - How to Qualify Online for the EPT Hungary

The Success of Hungarian Players at the EPT

Part of the reason PokerStars is holding the EPT in Budapest this year is because of the increasing popularity of poker in Hungary and the recent success of Hungarian poker players at live events around the world. Hungarian player Denes Kalo was the runner up in 2 EPT tournaments last year earning a total of €1,554,000 including the Grand Final in Monte Carlo. He is Hungary’s top EPT player.

Valdemar Kwaysser has also been making a splash in the poker tournament world with his recent win in the Latin American Poker Tour stop in San Jose, Costa Rica in May 2008.

Richard Toth won second place at $1500 NL Hold’em event at the 2006 WSOP.

Sandor Zsoldos also took 11th place at the European Poker Masters.
