$25K Heads-Up World Championship at Full Tilt

Full Tilt Poker has announced the largest buy-in for a live or online heads-up event in the history of poker. Your $25,000 will get you into the $25K Heads-Up World Championship, played online, on May 24 and May 25, 2008 hosted by Full Tilt Poker Pro, Chris Ferguson.

Online poker players will be able to log-in to their accounts at Full Tilt Poker and watch poker pros like Phil Ivey, Howard Lederer, and Jennifer Harman compete during this historical poker event. Chris Ferguson will be providing commentary and analysis during the tournament.

Premise of the Full Tilt Heads-Up World Championship

Up to 64 players will compete in a series of single elimination, heads up poker matches, until a final winner is crowned. This is the ultimate in poker competition as everything is on the line in every round. You loose, you go home.

Online Qualifiers for Online Poker Players

If you have an account at Full Tilt, you can qualify online to play in the $25K Heads-Up tournament.

Full Tilt Poker is offering $500 + $35 heads-up qualifier tournaments at 15:00 (3:00 pm) ET on Thursday, May 22nd and at 21:00 (9 pm) ET on Friday, May 23rd.
